Returns

Return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is returned in the same condition it was sent, with all tags, certificates and packaging included.

How to return

Email hello@fowlier.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions. Returns must ship insured with signature required.

Refunds

Processed within 3 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

Authenticity guarantee

If any item is ever determined not to be authentic, we refund you in full — no time limit and no conditions. This stands separately from and beyond the 14-day return window.

What we can't accept

• Items showing wear beyond their condition at shipping.
• Items returned without their certificate of authenticity.

Why 14 days

Fourteen days is enough time to examine a piece properly in daylight, compare it against the listing photographs, and change your mind. It is deliberately not long enough to wear a bag to an event and send it back. That practice raises prices for everyone, and we would rather keep ours honest.
