The process
Every piece we sell is authenticated.
Here is exactly what that means.
Licensed sourcing
We buy only from established wholesale suppliers who verify authenticity before we ever see an item. We do not source from social media sellers, unverified marketplaces, or anonymous suppliers.
Independent verification
Every bag is then authenticated independently through Entrupy, an AI-based authentication system used across the luxury resale industry. Your piece ships with its Certificate of Authenticity.
Honest condition grading
We photograph and describe wear rather than hiding it. Corner wear, patina, hardware scratches and interior marks are named in every listing and shown up close.
Our guarantee
If any item we sell is ever determined not to be authentic, we refund you in full. No time limit, no conditions.
Condition grading
We name the wear before you ask
Every listing is graded against the same published scale, and every flaw named in the grade is photographed up close. A grade is a description, not a marketing word.

| Pristine | Appears unused. No visible wear. Original packaging may be included. |
| Excellent | Light use. Minimal wear, no structural issues, interior clean. |
| Very Good | Moderate wear — light corner rubbing, even patina, minor hardware marks. |
| Good | Clear wear consistent with regular use. Fully functional. All wear photographed. |
| Fair | Heavy wear, possible repairs or staining. Priced accordingly and disclosed in full. |
Our standard
We sell certainty, not discounts
The secondhand market is full of beautiful pieces and full of uncertainty. Fowlier exists to remove the uncertainty: licensed sourcing, independent verification, published grading, and a guarantee with no expiry. We would rather lose a sale than surprise a customer.
Our first authenticated intake is being verified and photographed now. Every piece is listed only once it has cleared sourcing, independent verification and condition grading — which is the whole point.
